General sales conditions

PRICES: prices on this website are NET for the stated quantities. Prices do not include any kind of special manufacturing, assembling, labeling, packaging or printing, which can be quoted upon request. Prices are valid except for any typographical error. STYB, S.A.U. reserves the right to change prices without any prior notice.

VAT: VAT is not included in this Pricelist.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE: all orders must be confirmed in writing. Orders are not a fact until acceptance by STYB, S.A.U..

PAYMENT TERMS: STYB, S.A.U. could allow credit to its clients according to the classification granted by our insurance company. REQUEST YOUR CREDIT LINE TO OUR COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT.

CLIENTS WITH CREDIT LINE: bank transfer payment. In case of exceeding the credit limit please check with our commercial department.

CLIENTS WITHOUT CREDIT LINE: orders will be paid at confirmation by bank transfer.

CREDIT CARDS: to pay by credit card please check with our commercial department. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, 4B, MASTER CARD, EURO CARD, RED 6000.

FREIGHTS:

SPAIN (PENINSULA): PAID freight for more than 150 EUR/shipment (without printing cost), VAT excluded. Less than 150 EUR: 5.9 EUR per box.

OTHER DESTINATIONS: please check with our commercial department. We’ll deal with forwarders and agents to offer you the most competitive costs.

When transport is made with an agent indicated by the client, freight cost will be always at client’s expenses. Goods are transported at buyer’s account and risk even if freight is prepaid by STYB, S.A.U. Any incident caused by the transport must be indicated in the delivery note before making any claim.

RETURNS: any complaint must be presented in writing within 15 days from the receipt of the goods. It won’t be admitted any claim or return that has been handled or printed outside STYB, S.A.U. facilities. Any return of goods must be approved previously by our commercial department; goods must be in perfect conditions and with their original packaging.

JURISDICTION: all disputes arising in connection with the present conditioning will be finally settled under Jurisdiction, Law and Courts of Albacete, Spain.
