Printing general conditions

TOLERANCE: for orders with advertising printing or any other kind of customization, STYB, S.A.U. reserves the right of 5% production tolerance over or under for each order. The total of shipped product will be invoiced.

PRINTING TECHNOLOGY: next to each product is written the technology normally used for its customization. The maximum number of colours that can be printed is also indicated.

ARTWORKS: if artworks received are not valid or they are not provided in those formats admitted by STYB, S.A.U., a charge will be invoiced in concept of “Artwork”.

ACCEPTED FORMATS: Adobe Ilustrator, Freehand, Corel Draw and Adobe Acrobat. For a better printing quality we recommend to have the files in vector formats (drawings).

COLOR VARIATIONS: for printing on dark colours could be required an additional base colour. Printed images may suffer variations in colour tone depending on the printing device, material and colour of the article on which are printed, so colour tone of the printed images may not correspond with those expected by the client, being not the result of any manufacturing defect. To ensure the final appearance of the product it’s recommended to order approval samples.

APPROVAL SAMPLES: client can order approval samples. These samples will be invoiced adding to the cost of the product the technical expenses plus the minimum amount per work. If order is confirmed, technical expenses would not be charged again. In case that order is confirmed without approval samples, claims for different tone or position would be not admitted.

ARTWORK INTERPRETATION: if an order received by STYB, S.A.U. was not explicit enough or had interpretation difficulties, it is presupposed that client lies its interpretation and consequent final production to STYB, S.A.U., who reserves the right to use at its discretion regarding layout, type styles, colours and sizes without accepting any subsequent claim.

DELIVERY TERMS: the lead time agreed with the client starts when STYB, S.A.U. has the final approval of the order, including artwork or samples.

COPYRIGHT: the client declares that he has the intellectual property rights or the appropriate authorizations on all the elements handed over to STYB, S.A.U. for the purposes of executing entrusted jobs, therefore being STYB, S.A.U. exonerated from any claim that may arise from authors, producers, artists, technicians and all natural and legal persons related to the supplied material, being the CLIENT the only responsible for its contents and for any eventual right of third parties.
